  I would advise people to NEVER work for such a terrible company with terrible managers. (Speaking for the Waterloo and Cedar falls locations) I used to work here where I experienced a horrible relationship with my manager, who was beyond mean, unprofessional, gossiped, and discriminated against disabilities. She wasn't only like this with me but with everyone and I decided to finally take a stand and talk with the CEO along with HR. They agreed that all of this was unacceptable and were going to do something about it. About a week later I got pulled into the office (my manager found out that I said something) and I got FIRED. For "not being a good fit for the place" I was unemployed completely out of the blue with no warning, I was beyond stressed and scared for my life being jobless because I didn't know how I was going to afford to live. I had no choice but to apply for unemployment because I was jobless with no income unexpectedly. I was applying to jobs every single day but I needed something to get me by. Once I applied, UICCU denied my claim and said I did not deserve unemployment so I had to do a hearing where I got to hear their side of why I didn't deserve it and why I was fired. THEY COMPLETELY LIED ANOUT EVERYTHING. Fourtanetly I was able to tell the truth and won the hearing. I ended up finding a much better job after all of that but UICCU put me through hell and back. They are manipulative, don't care about their employees, and liars. My hopes in this post is not to be mean but to get the word out there because this was not fair and it's not fair that they get away with what they do. I will never have anything good to say about this place after the most terrible few months ever.

  This place is a piece of work, they have a sign saying refer a friend but oh look out they look up your credit for a bank account?? And you don't get the 50 until after 3 months of using your card 15 times plus direct deposit. So anyway I went there to get an account wasted 30min to be told I can't get that account but I can get one that charges 5$ a month . Scam lying pieces
